What should I do before calling for service repair?
That depends on what you are comfortable doing, most repair calls are due to a dirty filter in the cooling and heating seasons. We don’t like charging you to change an air filter anymore than you like to pay for it, but we will. So please check your filter first.
Beyond checking your air filter, below are a few simple things you can do yourself before calling us:
Make sure a breaker isn’t tripped off.
Check the thermostat – are all the set points and switches in the correct positions?
- Check to be sure the power is on.
Will you credit my service repair call if I purchase a new system?
If Heber Valley Mechanical only has an hour or two of labor in it (with no new repair parts) then we ALWAYS do.
Will Heber Valley Mechanical Fix my furnace or A/C if someone else installed it?
Yes, although we will not warranty anyone else’s work.
Does Heber Valley Mechanical service and repair all brands, makes and models of furnaces, air conditioners and boilers?
